Set Up Your Brand Profile

Create your Brand DNA so Madison understands your brand identity and produces on-brand creatives every time.

What you need: Logo files, brand colors (hex codes), font files, brand guidelines document (if available)

Create Your NewFrame Account

~5 minutes

Go to app.newframe.ai and click "Get Started" or "Sign Up". Enter your email address and create a password. Verify your email to activate your account. Once logged in, you will see the dashboard with an option to create your first Brand Profile.

Enter Your Brand Name and Website

~2 minutes

Click "Create Brand Profile" and enter your brand name exactly as it should appear in creatives. Add your website URL. Madison will automatically scan your website to understand your brand's visual style, colors, and tone as a starting point.

Madison scans the website and detects: warm brown tones, friendly casual tone, focus on artisanal quality

Upload Your Logo

~3 minutes

Upload your logo in multiple formats if available: primary logo (horizontal), secondary logo (stacked or icon only), and dark/light versions. Use PNG files with transparent backgrounds for best results. Madison will use the appropriate version based on the creative context.

Define Your Color Palette

~5 minutes

Add your brand colors using hex codes. Include: primary color (main brand color), secondary color (accent color), background colors (light and dark options), and text colors. Madison will automatically apply these colors to maintain brand consistency across all creatives.

  • Secondary: #D2691E (Caramel)

Add Your Typography

~3 minutes

Upload your brand fonts or select from the available font library. Specify which font to use for headlines, body text, and accent text. If you have specific font weights (bold, light, etc.), include those as well.

Describe Your Brand Voice

~10 minutes

Write a brief description of your brand's tone of voice. Is your brand professional or casual? Playful or serious? Luxury or accessible? Include example phrases or taglines that represent your brand's communication style. Madison will match this tone in all copy she generates.

Example Brand Voice Description

"Acme Coffee is friendly, warm, and approachable. We speak like a knowledgeable friend who loves coffee, not a pretentious expert. We use casual language, occasional humor, and always emphasize the craft and care behind our products. Avoid corporate jargon. Preferred words: artisanal, handcrafted, small batch, passion. Avoid: synergy, leverage, optimize."

Upload Brand Guidelines (Optional)

~5 minutes

If you have a brand guidelines PDF or document, upload it. Madison can read and reference this document to understand specific rules about logo placement, color usage restrictions, imagery style, and other brand standards.

Review and Save

~2 minutes

Review all your Brand Profile settings. Click "Save" to complete your Brand DNA setup. Madison now knows your brand and will apply this identity to every creative she produces. You can update these settings anytime as your brand evolves.

💡 Pro Tip
Upload 3 to 5 examples of existing creatives you love. Tell Madison "these represent our brand well" so she understands your preferred style beyond just colors and fonts.
