The challenge
Şölen is one of Türkiye's largest confectionery companies, producing across multiple product lines for a national audience. Their marketing team runs campaigns year-round, but holiday seasons are the hardest: localized creatives for dozens of cities, resized for every placement, across multiple brands at once.
The traditional path meant agencies, photo shoots, and revision cycles. A single localized campaign could take weeks. For their Bayram push, the brief called for 15 city-specific creatives, each featuring a recognizable local landmark alongside Şölen's signature wordplay: "Bayramınız Şölen olsun" (may your holiday be a celebration, and a Şölen). At conventional rates, the cost would have been roughly 8× what they ultimately spent.
Chapter 02
The solution
The team designed a visual system in Madison: a crystal candy bowl on marble, Octavia chocolates, golden-hour lighting. The composition references a deeply familiar Turkish tradition (the Bayram şekerlik) while staying premium and campaign-ready.
From there, they scaled. Fifteen cities, each with a distinct local landmark as the background. Kayseri got snow-capped Erciyes. Diyarbakır got the Ten-Eyed Bridge. Ankara got Atakule. Madison maintained consistent product styling, lighting, and composition across every variant. The full set was delivered in under 48 hours.
