The challenge
DS V-LINE is a professional skincare brand operating in Türkiye and Germany. Serums, sunscreens, cleansing pads, ampoules. Each product line needs a constant stream of high-quality visuals for Instagram, e-commerce, and print.
Like most cosmetics brands their size, DS V-LINE relied on agency-produced content. Every product launch and seasonal campaign meant briefs, revisions, timelines, invoices. By the time assets came back, the moment had often passed.
They had a professional designer in Germany, but even with in-house talent the volume a modern cosmetics brand needs to produce was overwhelming. More content, faster, without sacrificing the premium look the brand demands.
Chapter 02
The solution
DS V-LINE started using Madison in late 2025. Within weeks İpek, their marketing lead in Istanbul, was producing the majority of the brand's content herself. Not a trained designer. Just someone who knows her brand and knows what she wants.
The shift was immediate. Instead of writing briefs and waiting on agency deliverables, İpek opened Madison and started creating. Product hero shots with studio-quality lighting. Lifestyle compositions in generated environments. Seasonal campaigns for International Women's Day, produced and posted the same day.
The professional designer in Germany kept using the platform too, but the dynamic changed. Madison made the entire team capable of producing content that used to require agency-level resources. The designer focused on complex, high-touch work. İpek ran the daily content machine.
